1. Apologies for Absence:  Eugene Franco, Sue Gardiner, Lynne Potter, Ben Twinn

 

1.   Desmond Bridge (DB), Helen Bradshaw (HB), Martin Gilbert (MG)

 

1. Treasurer’s Report:MG advised that the Financial Statement and accounts to 31.3.2020 had been previously circulated to all Trustee members and no comments or concerns had been raised.  In accordance with good practice the accounts had been independently scrutinized.  He told the meeting that it was another good year for the Hall with no exceptional items.  DB queried, under miscellaneous payments why £202. As opposed to £40. the previous financial year.  MG said that this was due to two subscriptions to the RCCE falling into this financial year as one amount was paid late.  There was also a cost for the web site domain and administration to Edward Twinn that amounted to £70.00.  The balance of funds available to AVH as at 31.3.20 stood at £15,800.00 credit.

 

1. Any Other BusinessHB raised whether the Hall would benefit from a Glass Recycling Point at the Hall as it would generate income and be a service to the Village.  This was discussed and decided against.  DB raised the arrangements for running the AGM via conference call.  This was discussed and format agreed.
