Financial Statements of AVH
The Financial Statements of AVH, comprising Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 31st March 2017, the Receipts and Payments as at 31st March 2017 had been previously circulated to all Members of AVH, together with the Treasurer’s Report. DB advised the meeting that the accounts had been independently scrutinized by Seago Stops, accountants, and all had been found in order. Those Members who were unable to be present had indicated, by email, that they found the accounts in order.
The meeting formally approved the accounts and they were signed by The Chairman and The Treasurer.
